This pale, well-hopped, Bavarian style lager beer, is brewed using the piss of actual, live snowmen, living near the North Pole, where santa lives, where ice cream grows on shrubs, and where the snow is laced with icing sugar...............it’s true you know; ask Santa. Oh go on then, blame the dog!

500ml bottle. Best before 11/26 and this was purchased a year ago. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light buttery yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, malt, yeasty, mineral, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not bad actually. Much better than I expected.

Bottle courtesy of Baz (cheers Baz!) c onsumed at Isobels, Eardisley, Herefordshire Tuesday 31st December 2013 (New Years Eve) Pours gold in colour good clarity, maybe its a little sweet and grainy, creamy with a little buttery edge. Light bitter edge its ok and despite the shit name its no better or no worse than many others like this. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 3.0
