Handpull cask at the Needle & Pin, Loughborough. Lightish gold and a tiny bit hazy with the thinnest possible layer of white head. Light aroma: creamy, suggestions of citrus, some white grape. Sweet taste, more grape and grapefruit here, a delightful bitter at the finish. Body is a little watery, soft carbonation. Not too bad.

Can. Buxton online. Slightly mucky pale straw gold. Head mostly disappears. Not a looker. A bit oaty and wheaty with some light lemon and lime notes. Dry and lightly bitter. A bit subdued overall. Bit watery in fact, even taking into account the ABV.
