From tap at De Brasserie, Emmen. Nicely bitter. Aroma could be a bit better. Picking up grapefruit, citrus, malt, light pine. Bitter with a light sweetness. Shades of hopburn.

Draft at Kompaan Binnenhaven. Poured a murky medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big toffee caramel malt. The flavour is strong sweet, with a smooth, rich, sugary malt, light herbal, grainy, light orange, boozy alcohol bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 14 Feb 2024) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, crisp-bread and a touch of rye. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, crisp-bread, rye, mint and a balanced citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and hoppy, a bit sharp. Nice one.

Tap. Blond colour with light haziness. Aroma and flavour have elements of citrus and pineapple. Vert clean and easy to drink. Nicely bitter.
