Poured from an undated 16 oz can. Aroma is hop forward with passion fruit, rambutan, tropical citrus, guava and lighter dank, oily notes. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a hazy, dull, golden straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small head that lingers. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly high bitterness with light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of grapefruit and dank resin with lighter notes of passion fruit, tropical citrus and pine. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA. Nice hop profile that is a lot more West Coast in the flavor than in the aroma. Aroma is a bit more fruity but not juicy. Bitterness is a bit assertive and alcohol is well hidden.
