Аромат имбиря, корицы, гвоздики и мускатного ореха. Аромат выпечки, я бы даже сказал. Вкус медово-имбирный, с нотами специй и невыпирающей сладостью. Медовое долгое послевкусие с нотами перца, корицы и гвоздики, легкой ноткой меда.

Draught @ [ Russian Craft Beer Festival ] - Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 21422. [ As Green Street / Konix Christmas Pie ].Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, spicy, X-mas spices ala clove - nutmeg - cinnamon, "Gluh Wein" notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sugary, sweet malt, spicy, X-mas spices. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170128] 6-3-7-3-12

Tap@Taproom Malmö, Malmö (28/01/2017) - brown coloured pour with beige head. Aroma and taste comprises notes of sweet malts, brown sugar, caramel, toffee, lots of winter spices in evidence, spiced malty into the close.

It pours clear deep brown with a thick beige head. The aroma is rich, festive spice, gingerbread, clove rock, candy, toffee and bread. The taste is rich, sweet, slick, vinous, spicy, clove, ginger, drying, clove rock, icing sugar, warning alcohol and chewy malt with a warming, spicy finish. Medium+ body and fine carbonation. Interesting festive spiced beer.
