Tap at Santa Clara Whole Foods. Pours clear light gold with small off-white head that fades to a collar. Minimal lacing at the top of the glass. Grapefruit and pith aroma. Slight white cracker. Flavor is sauv blanc, and dank dominant. Highly carbonated leads to a spritzy mouthfeel.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated March 27, 2023. Aroma is fruity with lots of passion fruit, mango, guava, stone fruit, lychee and tropical citrus hop notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a somewhat clear, yellow-gold color with a medium sized, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Moderately high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Lots of passion fruit, mango, stone fruit, guava and tropical citrus notes. Light dank, oily resin notes in the finish. Somewhat dry, crisp finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA. Really nice hop notes, especially in the aroma. Fairly crisp and easy drinking with a strong but not overpowering bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden.
