Draft. Golden beer with a whitish head. Light sour and light acetic aroma. Light sour and light oak flavor with light herbal notes and light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Light summer fruit and light oak linger with light herbal notes and light summer fruit.

On tap at Oakland Arbor. Aroma is fairly muted with light grain and bready notes. Medium light SARA funk with some green grapes, lemon and under ripe stone fruit. Light oak and alcohol notes with hints of white wine. Fruitier aroma as it warms with more barrel character as well. Light herbal phenolics. Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a small, thick, creamy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers throughout. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with medium light acidity and light grain and bread notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate SARA funk with green grapes, lemon and apricots. Light oak and white wine notes. Hints of earthy, peppery phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid BA saison, albeit one that's a bit more muted than I was expecting. I feel like this might be an example of too much in a beer causing the finer notes to disappear behind everything that's going on.

Tap. Pours clear yellow, sleek white head, good lacing. Aroma is a bit oaky, sarah bugs, apple. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Light body. Interesting.
