Draft. Slightly hazy golden beer with a whitish head. Light malt aroma. Spice and mineral flavor with light grass. Medium bodied. Spice and mineral flavor with light grass.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 11, 2023. Aroma has a medium light grain and lighter bready notes to it. Light spicy, herbal hop notes with a hint of a floral character. Faint alcohol notes. Pours a fairly clear, yellow-gold with a medium large, fairly thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light grain and lighter bready notes. Moderate bitterness and hints of alcohol. Medium light spicy, herbal hop notes with a faint floral note. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and faint alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid Keller pils. Compared to the recent Alvarado St. / Burial version, this is much more in line with what I consider to be the style. Nice crisp body with decent malt notes in aroma and flavor. Good hop character.
