Old rating - A 500ml bottle collected from the brewery last April. Pours amber with a white foamy head. Aromas of orange and nectarine. Tastes of fresh tangy hop and malt in taste. Long tangy finish. Decent bitter.

[ As Gwaun Valley Cascade ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, hop oil. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruit, citrus, pale malt, hop bitter.
