Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As James & Kirkman Commodore ].Clear medium amber color with a small to average, open and frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161129] 6-3-6-3-11

On tap at Just Beer, Newark. Golden to amber colour with a tiny off white head. caramel and light fruity citrus peel aroma and taste. Medium body.

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Almost clear gold - amber beer, a few cream colour bubbles. Palate is light and semi dry, low carbonation. Light and grainy malts. Ripe orange. Light finish. Clunky and awkward.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is bread dough, straw, pale malts, grains. Taste comprises citric peel, straw, toasted grains, grassy, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average whelming golde affair.
