9/11/2018. Cask at the 24th Watford Beer Festival. Pours clear very pale yellow gold with a very small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, flowers, hops, malt, vanilla and light veg. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet, fruity finish.

Cask @ Kings Arms, Salford. Straw blonde with a small head. Has a slightly pale malt sugary nose, with some pale malts in its taste whilst maintaining a medium bitterness. There’s some lemon flavours in both its aroma and taste.

Cask Conditioned at The Castle, Furnival St., London
Hazy blond color. Light aroma of hops and elderflowers, cleaning products too. Dry mouthfeel, flowery and grassy, elderflowers and nettles. Very strange, not bad.
