On tap at Paname, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out earthy toasted malt, some strange funky notes, and earthy hops. Flavour is balanced decently between the earthy hops and medium roasted malt. Dry, earthy, and bitter. It's not bad.

7/9/2018. Draught at the Paname Brewing Company, Paris. Pours very dark brown with a lasting beige coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, hazelnut, hops, caramel and fruit. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Best of the 5 on the flight imo.

Black IPA poured a muddy deep brown with a thin beige head. For a black IPA the hops are nowhere near evident enough. The taste was mild bready chocolate and light herbal hops. Not bad just weak flavored.
