Hopfengestopft und naturtrüb – die neue, alte Bierspezialität wurde 2016 zum Jubiläum „550 Jahre auf dem Berg“ eingebraut. Helles Gerstenmalz aus der Region aus integriertem, kontrolliertem Anbau wird zu einer Stammwürze von 12,6% eingebraut und mit Tettnanger Perle und Hallertauer Magnum im Sudhaus warm gehopft. Am Ende der zweiten Gärung im Reifetank mit Aufkräusen wird zusätzlich Tettnanger Aromahopfen in den Reifetank gelegt, „gestopft“. Naturtrüb wird es abgefüllt und auch nach dem Jubel Jahr 2016 weiterhin gebraut!

Clear pale yellow colour with thin head. Nice malt taste. Pale sweet malt. Low bitterness. Fresh.

And the next 0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Pale golden in the glass, slightly cloudy, small one finger foamy white head. Soft grainy with a lot of citrus on the nose. Taste also grainy, some malt and caramel, some bitterness, all on the low side. Easy to drink, so that´s what it should be.

Many thanks to Gabriel for this. Creamy white head on a cloudy pale golden coloured body. Minimal, citrus & chalky aroma. Medium bodied, smooth g soft on the tongue with a cloying thinner back. Citrus, melon, stone fruit & zesty tastes with a tangy finish. Solid.

Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, sweet malts. Taste is a bit lemony, light sweet, low bitterness. Ok Helles (Keller?)

# 3750; 8/2023. Malty and strong herbal aroma. Clear yellow-gold body, white head. Malty, herbal, slightly yeasty. Very good unfiltered lager. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany).

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, and consumed at home Thursday 23rd February 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, it's Round Table tonight. Loz is making Münchner Schnitzel tonight, I'm helping though with Chicken as opposed to Pork or Veal. Pours hazy yellow gold, a little hoppier than expected, fruity with a soft mouthfeel. Good.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht hoppig zoet en een beetje kruidig met heel licht iets van citrus en wat kruiden en snoep. Eerste indruk was niet erg positief,maar naar mate je hier meer van proeft wordt dit bier toch wel wat beter en interessanter.

€-Flaeschle: (...von P&M Bonn): Pale golden, hazy to cloudy, small white foamy layer, mild to moderate bitter-sweet aroma of dusty grains and malt, fruity hops underneath; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied, pretty soft; lingering fruity bitter-sweet finish with some rural flavours. Pleasant drop with some franconian qualities...
