So lovely to have Alex from Two Flints down for a brew. We've opted for a fluffy and smooth grist that has been adorned with a hop combination that's sure to excite! We love to sneak a little bit of Azacca in here and there, coupled with an experimental hop...this should be fun!

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light minerally crisp palate, semi dry. Light smooth pale malts, sweet enough if a tad on the thin side. Hops bring light pine and obvious if fairly light skunk. Reasonably bright citrus, Azacca always lifts beers like this. Looking for HBC638 exotics but nothing obvious apart from a touch of candy fruits on the semi dry and crisp finish which also delivers a pinch of hop spice. Nice brew if, not one that will last long in the memory
