Our thirst is never quenched in our pursuit of sappiness. We are pleased to introduce Very Sssappyyy, our most intense rendition to date! This instant classic utilizes our newest hand-selected lots of Chinook and Simcoe hops, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Within its brilliant orange haze and creamy head, fresh red grapefruit and juicy papaya flavors abound. Mixed with these sweet aromas are the unparalleled sticky dank notes of a hop field at peak harvest. The Sap series continues to explore the parallel flavors of pine, resinous hop oil, and the lip-smacking tropical aromas you’ve come to expect from a Tree House Double IPA

Pours a hazy, caramel-butterscotch color, with big, thick head that lasts. Aroma is bright, juicy tropical fruit, with some citrus notes. Flavors follow, with light underlying (not cloying) sweetness. Very soft mouthfeel. Mild levels of hop bitterness in the finish. The whole Sap line is my absolute favorite and I missed this one the first time around, so I'm glad they decided to give it a second go. Excellent!

Charlton draught, 12/30/24.
Deep bronze-maize. Heavily hazy. Small, off-white head, moderate retention.
Juicy, fruity, lightly spicy nose with notes of orange sherbet, mango and melon. Almost as tropical as it is citrusy and spicy. Pine is relaxed, not resinous. Rich, honey-like malts easily balance. No alcohol noted.
Juicy, soft, supple. Almost a melon-like sweetness from the hops. Juicy red grapefruit and light to moderate floral pine spice. Nothing aggressive, just tons of intense flavors atop a supple, balancing malt character.
