Draft at carlyle. Pours a clear light gold with a finger of white head. Aroma of corn and grains with a slight herbal hop nose. Taste is light bitter. Herbal and earthy with mostly grains. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. Refreshing summer brew.

Sampler. The beer list I brought home doesn’t list this, but as you might guess, it’s a Mexican-style lager. My co-drinker says it reminds him of draft Tecate. I detect a slight Corona style skunk, perhaps intentional. But a good light pils taste. Kind of low on hops, but a lawnmower type with a dry finish. This is what they serve when asked if they have a "light."
