During conversations with Fidens about some of our favourite 80s and 90s movies we kept returning to Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Its iconic final liquid nitrogen scenes inspired us to incorporate Freestyle’s SubZero cryogenic hop product, giving the beer unique connections to the film’s themes of innovation, resilience, and collaboration. We Time Travelled with… blends Fidens’ signature approach and FutureState’s distinct brewing style.

Panda thanks to Wingers. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a little dry but an alright creamy sweetness. Soft pine. Slightly floral, getting on for perfumey, citrus. A touch of bright citrus with much riper citrus stalking it. Light and semi dry finish brings a decent mango vibe. Not bad at all.

Can at home, 27th December 24. Pours a thick hazy opaque yellow hop soup. Aroma is rich, dank, tropical fruits and citrus. Taste is complex, deep, punchy, dank and earthy. Remarkable local DIPA with Fidens !

440ml can. Opaque golden, white head. Aroma of ripe peach, guava, mango, grapefruit. Taste is very juicy, ripe tropical fruits, guava, peach, mango, grapefruit, lime, and a bit vinous, gooseberry, pithy hop bitterness. Full bodied. Superb. Mindblowing that a homebrewer can bag a collab with one of NY's finest.
