Relativt pålitelige notater fra godt besøkt føradventsmøte i Jæren Fråholdslag: klar, lys gylden med fint skum som varer lenge. Lys malt, lyse karameller, og en delikat krydderaroma og -smak fra den belgiske gjæren. Fin bitterhet i avslutningen og farlig lettdrikkelig attpåtil. 0,7 flaske, og heldigvis var alle var villige til å ta en for laget.

Golden with a white head - Malt aroma - Malt body with some hints of spicy yeast - Malt and some spicy notes in the finish - This was nice

750 ml bottle, shared with my son. ABV is 9% Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Nice spicy aroma of Belgian ale yeast, white kandij sugar syrup and coriander seeds. Fruity and spicy flavour with the same elements, moderately bitter finish. Not bad at all.

Hazed golden pour and a fine head
Ok intensity in the aroma.
Mellow sweetness and a mild acidity.
Pleasant carbonation level.

Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear one, deep golden in color, with a white head. The aroma has some alcohol, but it's mostly sweet fruityness, with a touch of bready pale malts. Quite fruity, with a light spiced hint. It's full bodied and lightly warming, nicely carbonated, with mostly fruity flavors. Gentle bitterness. Spices and a touch of citrus zest in the flavor. Medium length finish. A quite decent tripel. 241231

Solsletta Nyttår 2024. Deep golden color with a white head. Aroma and flavor is yeast, alcohol, fruit, bread, malt, spices, citrus. Decent.
