Avalon is the cider type craft extra dry in a small bottle of 33 cl. of Sidra Trabanco with an alcoholic graduation of 5% VOL.

It´s an extra cider, made from bitter,sour and sweet apple varieties, which have been carefully selected by Trabanco in their mills.

The objective: Obtain a young cider, fruity and with a low alcoholic graduation, ideal to consume in moments of free time.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Kaapse Brouwers 1st Anniversary Beer Festival”. Golden. Nose is candy, sweet apple & light odd metallic notes. Candy sweet, candy apples, plenty of sugar, apple skin, fine carbonation. Okay, decent but nothing very memorable.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear golden colour with a bubby white foam head that quickly dissipates away. Nose is apple, fruity, apple skins, hints of funk & sulphur. Taste is tart apple, sweetish, with apple skin, some tannin, and vinegar, barnyard, rubber, hay notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry slightly tannic sour finish. Quite OK.
