The objective: Obtain a young cider, fruity and with a low alcoholic graduation, ideal to consume in moments of free time.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear gold with very brief fizzy head. Aroma of fruity apples especially peel, light funk. Dry tasting, apple juice, wood, an interesting modest sour funky yeast which lifts this. Quite good.

Bottle at café andaluz. Nose is wood, apple, vanilla. Taste is mostly crisp appel. Some wood. Pretty good

Bany thanks for this craft cider from Asturia Region to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). bottle from www.beersofeurope.co.uk. Another taste to Spain and drink to stop pandemic in Spain. Nalane do kieliszka od szampana, fajne mineralne, czuc sporo fermentujacych jablek, piana niewielka barwa dosc ciemna jak na cydr bursztynowa, klarowna, bardzo wytrawne, kwaskowe, tak jak chcialy tego moje kubki smakowe.

Botella 33 CL en Gijón calle corrida 25..07..2019. Color dorado velado con finas burbuja. Espuna casi inexistente. Sabores suaves ligeramente ácidos de manzanas verdes. Algo dulce. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber con algo de gas. Normal y corriente.

330ml bottle from Bottlecraft, Stoke. Pours misty golden yellow. Wild yeast on the nose, light bodied, some good medium apple fruit, juicy with a moderate wild sour character, natural fine carbonation. More juicy and fruity than expected. Decent sidra.

Draught @ BAF 2017 [ Borefts After Festival: BAF! ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Sidra Avalon ].Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple skin, green apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart apple, apple, apple skin, green apples, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170924] 7-2-7-3-14

Sampled from draft @ BAF @ 2017. Clear pale yellow color. Aroma's: sweetish, pear. Retronasal it's sourish, pear, funky. Flavor is moderate sour, pear. Light bodied. Dry, tart finish.

6 3 7 3 13 Draft at Borefts After Festival, Kaapse '17. Clear very pale golden with no head. Aroma of green apples, tart apple, light hay. Flavour is above light sweet and sour. Above light bodied with a dry finish and light carbonation.
