Bottle: Poured a cloudy/hazy brown color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good carbonation and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized notes with some malt notes, some cereal and residual honey/molasses notes are also perceptible. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some malt, molasses and honey with light toffee notes that are also perceptible. Body is full with good level of carbonation. Enjoyable Braggot with good drinkability which is surprising considering the ABV.

Green bottle, 2015 vintage, purchased on the premise on March 25 2019, savoured on May 6 2019; eye: maroon with an orangey hue, hazy, no effervescence, minuscule ring of brown head, no lacing; nose: malt, brown sugar, honey, alcohol, molasses; mouth: malt, brown sugar, honey, alcohol, molasses, finale in molasses with presence of alcohol, medium-full body, lightly below-average carbonation, mildly sweet, alcoholic texture; overall: correct
