Tasting at Ash's
Hazy blond colour. Excellent balance of funky notes and wild fruit, citrus zest; moderately acidic. Lightly salty in the finish. Excellent.

500ml bottle (thx, Jonathan D.!) at Ash's with Jamey and Alex. Pours a biz hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is a bit sour, with fruity and barrel notes. Taste is similar, a bit woody and corky, but still good balanced.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some plum pits notes and light tart berry notes is refreshing. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes, light oak notes with some plum pits notes and nice degree of attenuation. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nicely done with just enough complexity and some good drinkability.
