Can from the brewery. Huge white head, hazy yellow pour. Aroma is bright, and loaded with lemon zest and white wine grape must. Hints of fruity sweetness and some light grasses and spice. High carb, nice mouth feel. Finish is lightly bitter, more lemon zest and some earthy, fruity esters.

Purchased at À la fût brewery on my Quebec Beer Run 2017. Can pours a hazed light-golden colour with fizzy short-lived off-white head that leaves no lacing. Sour nose with grape notes and Saison (with the nicely balanced yeast and hops). The taste though is quite mild with some sourness, citrus notes, but a short finish. A little dry, but tart takes over in the lingering department. Wish Saison part could show up better in the mouth.

Can: Poured a nice yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light floral undertones. Taste is mostly dominated by tart notes with light malt notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing without having as much depth as I was expecting.
