Bottle: Poured a clear brown color ale with a large dark white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cherry and candi sugar with some caramelized malt is enticing enough. Taste is a nice mix of candi sugar and cherry notes with some caramelized sugar with some fruity ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting take on the Belgian ale style thought cherry flavours could have been more balanced.
