Draught: Poured a clear light brown color weizen with a nice light brown foamy head. Aroma of unrefined grainy notes with light caramelized malt notes is not as enticing as I had expected. Taste is dominated by caramelized malt notes with some unrefined wheat malt notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Lack the typical weizen yeast ester that I loved in the style.
