Bottle: Poured a pale hazy yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with excellent retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of light pepper notes with some citrus notes is refreshing. Taste is also dominated by light pepper notes with some citrus notes with alight rustic malt backbone. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not that fond of the citrus notes but still very enjoyable beer.
