Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, caramel, moderate yeasty, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, toastd, fruity malt, fruity. Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry - reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts sweetish. A trace of sulphur, annoying none the less. Light orange and lemon citrus. Light dry finish. Could have been good without the bad eggs.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is pale malts, lemon rind, straw, grains. Taste comprises lemom drizzle, grass, bready pangs, orange peel. Medium bodied, moderate carboantion, semi drying close. Insipid yawndom!

Flavour is composed of pale golden, straw, floral citrus hop, straw, lemon. Palate is semi sweet, spritzy carbonation. Fruity finish. English yeast esters.

Light sweet flavour with further grainy malts, faint leafy and rindy bitterness, orange peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finaihes with crispy pale malts, further citric hops, pale grains. So so.
