Box @ Brunswick Inn, Derby. Pale yellow pour, faint mist. Nice medium overall, settled apple fruit, gentle sweet, mild acidity, no tannin. Ok.

BIAB sample from the Leicester Beer Festival 2020 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, mucky hint. Taste is sweetish, fleshy apple, fruity, with some tartness and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

28/2/2020. From BIAB at the Leicester Beer Festival 2020. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is moderately sweet apples, slightly acidic and tannic. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body, with low carbonation. Finish is dry and tart. Not bad.

[ As Kniveton Never Mind The Hillocks ].Clear medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, tart - sour apples, dry, light citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bag in box at Nottingham festival 2015 with chriso, Boudicca, fonefan and Charlotte. Clear golden yellow color, still. Aroma of floral apple. Taste is tart apple and citrus. Extra appearance point for the name.
