Originally created to celebrate our 1,000th brew back in 2015, this is our interpretation of a modern India Pale Ale using traditional brewing methods.
Using aromatic English and New World hops, paired with the finest malt and our own house yeast, we’ve created something worth celebrating.

Bottle from the Homebrew Bottle Shop. Appearance - golden and suspiciously lively. A touch hazy. Nose - orange and just a hint of sherbet. Taste - dry biscuit and a stalky note. Still some orange. Palate - close to medium bodied with a crunchy texture. Dry astringent finish. Overall - not quite what the brewer intended, methinks.

Cask @ Gallaghers Pub & Barber Shop, Birkenhead. Golden with a creamy head. Has a heavy berry-sweetness in both aroma and taste, which is perhaps enhanced through its strength.

Hazy gold beer, patchy bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has decent fine minerally carbonation. This malts, very mild sweetness. Fair bit of floral bitter English hop. Light floral orange. Some pith. Floralness gets a little sweeter. Trace of sherbet. Dry finish. Interesting but quite bitter.
