On cask at Dean Tavern in Newtongrange - cloudy yellow body lacing white head. Sweet citrus hop nose with a sweet lemon 🍋 taste. Decent. And a picture of a lemon on my review.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A bright straw coloured pour with a thick white head and plenty of carbonation; grassy aroma with some floral notes; light grassy taste with a biscuity malt base; and some chewy malts and more grass to finish.

Can from Honest Brew. Pours pale gold with a good sized white head. Aroma of hops, citrus fruit, flowers and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Quite light body, slightly creamy and watery texture, average to soft carbonation. More bitterness to finish. Decent especially for its abv.

Cask-conditioned at the Bon Accord, Glasgow 11 June 2017. Golden in colour, with a decent, white, head. Pleasant pale ale, with plenty of citrus fruit and grassy hops, biscuity malts and lingering, dryish, finish. Very good.

Can from Good Spirit Co. It pours cloudy golden with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, tropical fruits, big pineapple character, cracker, grass and straw. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, pineapple, banana, grapefruit, nectarine, straw and grass with a dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh, bright and quaffable. A great start for these guys.

Can sample thanks to Jonny. Appearance - this was fairly clear until we realised at the end of the can that it was can conditioned or at least canned with the yeast. Then cloudy yellow with a nice fluffy head. Nose - could smell pineapple even as Evilkniamhel was opening it. Then resin and grass. Taste - more tropical and citrus. Quite a lot of malt at the back. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - this is more malty than a golden ale but not quite as malty as an American Pale Ale. I’d place this as session IPA to be honest.
