Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Dancing Men Soggy Seagull ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, toasted, fruity malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, toasted, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161129] 6-3-6-3-12

Cask at the 8th Chappel Winter Beer Festival. Pours bright amber with a bubbly lasting off white head. Aroma is not good, buttery, skunky, with some malt. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Light body and oily texture, carbonation is average to soft. If you can get passed the aroma it’s ok.

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Bright clear gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, dry with decent fine carbonation. Sulphur! Dry floralness and dried fruits. Bitter finish. Nice condition, shame about the sulphur.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’16, 29/11/16. Clear golden blonde with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malts, bread dough, straw, grains, light citric ensemble. Taste comprises orange peel, bread dough, pale malts, citric sherbets, toasted grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate golde.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A mid golden coloured pour with a fine white head aroma is mineral, English yeast, chalk, seaweed, hedgerow hop. Flavour is composed of semi dirty base malts x damp hay, dirty hedgerow hop, grassy, English yeast ester. Palate is semi sweet crisp, slightly grainy, decent cask condition. Not bad.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some husky pale grains, dry white bread crust, grass. Light sweet flavour with sturdy grassy and husky bitterness, more crust, lemon rind. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with quenching grassy bitterness, some hay, tangerine and lemon rind, dry ple bread. Quite decent.
