Very lightly hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Smooth light palate, semi dry and with modest fine carbonation. Sweet malts, touch of sugary sweetness. Mild crystallised fruits and esters. Pinch of herb. Smooth semi dry finish. Sweet and a bit flat but not terrible.

330ml bottle from alesela. Pours murky yellow brown, no head. Aromas of light banana, bread, spice. Taste is sweet, thin. Light spice finish.

Bottle from Crafty Pint. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with a slim head. Nose - slightly sour malt, some tangy orange. Taste - definitely orange and spice, this time with a gentle pale malt backbone. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long tangy finish. Overall - a solid Wit. Not distinctive.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Murky orange. Minimal head. Sweet toffee malts. Lots of spicy Wit character. Taste is very sweet to start, turning light dry. Palate is a bit dull. Very soft carbonation. Finishes sweet, and a little spicy. I’ve had some cracking Brass Castle beers on draught, but their bottled stuff doesn’t hit the same heights. This is no different. Dull and flat.
