Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Cask @ Ale Emporium, Preston. Black with a thick creamy-frothy head. There’s a small spicy kick to this stout that slips down the palate with ease whilst retaining a healthy roasted malt taste. It’s in its aroma too where the smokiness of the ale is most evident, however it’s in its aftertaste as well.

Cask at the Ale Emporium. Pours black with a thick tan head. Aromas of chocolate, light smoke Taste is big milk chocolate, caramel, smoky at the back. Light salt at the finish. Lovely.
