Cask at the Sun Hotel, Lancaster, 01/03/15. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering that retains well. Nose is light citric rind, pale malt, bread dough, melon. Taste comprises melon, straw, light grapefruit, citric notes, light floral. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok GB - better than I’d expected.

In Au Bar. Appearance - golden with a slight haze and a nice head. Nose - light biscuit and caramel. Some lemon perhaps. Taste - caramel biscuits again but it’s quite fresh. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet fresh texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - decent.

Manchester Beer Festival 2015. Golden-amber with a small head. Doesn’t have the greatest of tastes with soured floral notes abundant.
