[ As Buddelpeters Cuvée ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, light yeasty, leather - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration, fruity tart, fruity, hoppy, dry, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, bretty bubblegum aroma, notes of white grapes. Taste is tart, slightly chalky, minimally papery, sweet-ish fruity malty basis with marzipan touch, floral hints of rose petals, unspecific fruitiness (berries somehow); moderately bitter chalky finish. Hard to tell how much intentionality is implemented here.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Vova. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is wheaty, citric, herbal, bretty. Tart flavor, citric, bretty, with a slightly bitterish herbal finish. Medium-bodied. Good.

0.33 l bottle from ’Bierpost.com’, best before May 2016. Hazy, golden orange with a large, dense, stable, off-white head. Sourish-fruity, funky aroma of peach, gooseberry, old lemon, barnyard and some wood. Sweetish, slightly sour, fruity and quite funky taste of peach, old lemon, gooseberry, barnyard, and some straw, followed by a short, moderately tart, medium bitter, grapefruity, woody, somewhat peppery and funky finish. Medium body, spritzy, moderately effervescent and slightly astringent mouthfeel. Superbly balanced, very mellow, hoppy, nice brett flavours and a decent mouthfeel as well. Astonishing, didn’t expect that. Really good!

Beim Berliner Weiße Gipfel getrunken. Bernsteinfarben. Streng fruchtiges Aroma wie IPA. Geschmack leicht sauer, fruchtig, seifig.

Many thanks for this realy good beer to kevnic2008. Co za zapach skurki banana, pomarańczy. W smaku kwaskowe nieco gryzące pszeniczne i o sporej dawce kwaśnego smaku. Ocet jablkowy, nieco kwaśnych wisni, banan, ze slodowosci glownie daktyle. Piekna piana spora sniezno biala średnio trwala. Kolor zoltawy by stać się zaraz szaro-błotnisty. Tresciwe kwaskowate Berlinskie pszeniczne piwo. Kolaboracja udana, bardzo, bardzo dobre i treściwe piwo. Polecam.

Yeasty and phenolic spicy aroma with a moderately wheaty and mildly citrus-fruity touch, accompanied by grassy and slightly herbal hoppy notes. Quite bitter and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Present wheat character with loads of spicy and moderately fruity notes; yeasty and hop bitter finish with mildly sour-tart fruity notes. Nicely executed hoppy interpretation of a Berliner Weisse. 04.III.16

Die Säure steht hinter dem runden Hopfen, der fruchtig und frisch daherkommt. Leichte Bitterkeit, der Hopfen steigt die Säure bleibt konstant und verschwindet somit im Hintergrund. Spritzig, sauer-bitter, grasig, auch malzige Noten wirken mit. Harmonisch, vollmundig. Gut! 12/12/11/12/11/12

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, thick white head. Aroma of sour mango. Taste is sour tropical fruit. Tasty.
