Clear but bubbly gold with a bubbly white head and a very mellow cereal and fruit aroma. Light bodied, a touch fruity and hoppy and bitter.

Xmas pressies from my Sis-in-law, who has an uncanny knack of finding me new beers without knowing what I've had! Cheers Sarah! Near clear gold beer with a tidy pale cream colour head. Light and semi dry palate, good fine carbonation. The pale malts feel dry and slightly thin but are clean enough and bringing a reasonable amount of sweetness. Hops taste like Goldings, an earthy and ripe citrus with mild pine. A trace of esters on the semi dry finish. A perfectly serviceable bitter/gold, certainly had many worse at Camra festivals.

18/12/2021. Bottle from Notcutts Garden Centre, Woodbridge. Christmas countdown beer 10. Pours clear pale golden amber with a frothy white head. Aroma of malt, fruit, caramel, bread, touch of sulphur. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Simple easy drinker.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose has treacle, malt, flowers, yeast, lemon. Lightly hoppy ale? Very lightly. Some soap in the mouth, straw, treacle, honey, yeast, blonde malts. Crisp finish. Pub ale. Decent. 6 4 6 4 12

Thin spotty off white head on a pale golden still body. Pale malt & grass aroma. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated with a cloying back. Zesty tastes with lemon, grain, hops & a peppery finish.
