PHILLY PASTRY SMOOTHIE SOUR - Another collaboration with friends from Funky Fluid resulted in a thick and sweet smoothie sour with the addition of orange, mango, and vanilla, inspired by the famous Orange Popsicle ice creams. In addition to pilsner malt, wheat malt, oats, and unfermentable sugars were used. For souring, the favorite Philly Sour yeast was utilized. After fermentation, over 40% fruit was added.

Аромат неплохой, есть сладость небольшая от манго, очень много яркого вкуса апельсинов и мандаринов. Тело максимально смузячное, очень плотное, пенка тоже как будто цитрусового оттенка, прям с мякотью. Вкус конечно хороший и смузячный, но при этом мякоть от мандаринов и цитрусов странно сочетается со сладостью стиля. Нормально в целом.

Can from Prost! bottle shop, The Wirral. Murky orange pour with a light orangey head. Nice nose of mango, peach, pineapple, passionfruit, papaya, zesty orange. Quite a lively number. Taste is all of the above with a splash of vanilla. Sweet smoothie vibe. Juicy sweet aftertaste. Nice.

On tap at Hoppiness. Pours super thick, typical smoothie sour. Loads of mango, peach, orange. Sweet, light acidity, nice complexity. Lovely.
