We feel like Idaho 7 has fallen by the wayside in our more recent output here at Polly's. A varietal that we were so excited to get our hands on when we first brewed with it in 2020 makes a triumphant return in A Millennium Approach; a beer that is an homage to our brewing heroes; traversing that thin line between Pale Ale and IPA in strength, we've gone for an IPA for the more discerning drinker - rocking in at an easygoing 5.9%. Featuring the aforementioned Idaho 7, and all its pungent apricot, red grapefruit and papaya notes a-plenty, we've paired this awesome varietal up with some stonewall Polly's favourites in Mosaic for some dank, sticky notes, and Ekuanot for a little bit of old school complexity.

Growler. Pours a light yellow, small head. Aroma is fruity, pine, herbal hops. Flavour is malty, sweetish, very fruity, grapefruit, lime, mango, passion fruit, lots of pine, long herbal finish. Lovely.

Tap at The Hive, Crowthorne 30th May 2021. Sneaky one out on a ‘Bike Ride’. Pours a yellow hazy beer, no head. Aroma is tropical and bright citrus. Taste is tropical fruit and citrus, dry and a little bitter. Very drinkable
