Cask at the Kings Arms - Norwich. Pours clear, pale yellow with a slight foamy white head. The aroma holds ashy minerals, pale grains. Light sweet flavor with a bit of ripening lemon, dirty hay, off smokey notes, a little chlorine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. A little harsh on the finish, astringent, with grain husks, smoke, faint plastic, grass. The condition seems a little off.

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival 2015. Golden colour with white head. The beer is a touch dull and lifeless. Easy to drink session beer.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden-blonde with a small creamy head. Hopped with a bitterness that’s just about dominant. With a few malts in its nose, there’s a gentle, slightly stewed berry fruitiness to the ale.
