Citra Flash Mob is a single hop Pale Ale brewed with 100% Citra hops.

This bright refreshing Pale Ale has a deep straw color with some subtle sweetness and a moderately bitter finish. Citra Flash Mob displays dominantly citrus notes (orange, grapefruit, and lemon) and moderate tropical (pineapple and mango) as you would expect.

Citra hops have been known to lend a wide number of bright citrus and tropical aromatics including gooseberry, lychee, mango, melon, grapefruit, orange rind, and passionfruit.

Note: distinct from the newer Citra Flash Mob IPA

On tap at brewpub. Hazy honey gold pour. Small creamy beige head. Bright citrus nose. Sharp citrus flavor is redolent of tropical fruit. Lemon, tangerine and passion fruit. Medium bodied and nicely balanced. Crisp dry fish. Very nice.

On tap at Russian River - Windsor, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some sweaty, earthy hops, a little pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and dank, with a lot of the Citra shining bright, backed with just enough biscuity malt. Vibrant and fresh. Excellent.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced via trade. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Moderately sweet with nice piney bitterness, sun-kissed pale malts, rindy orange, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, nice malt foundation, more citrus fruits, soft piney notes. Not at all shouty, just really sound, flavourful and drinkable.
