Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of tropical fruits, melon, grapefruit, floral notes and pine. Warm alcohol comes through on the taste with grainy malts. Warm bitter hit at the end. Very good.

440ml can from brewery. Hazy orange, small white head, nice retention. Aroma of floral and earthy vegetation, sweet notes, light stone fruit; interesting. Taste is sweet malts, floral, citrus zest, apricot, resinous and earthy with a long moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, zingy carbonation. Interesting hop combination here. Enjoyable but maybe not to everyone's taste.

Panda at home, thanks to SIHG, 12/07/21. Murky amber orange with an off white head. Nose is orange marmalade, pine needle, grass, sweet malts, mango. Taste comprises spruce tips, orange peel, grapefruit, grass, ripe mango. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy come resinous hop bitterness and a kiss of booze. Passable DIPA ... a bit low on flavour for me and lacking fresh citric bite.

Can. Opus replaces Earnest in this Edition. Hazy orange gold beer with a small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate but has a developing minerally crisp back end. Smooth light malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. The quartet of British hops bring a nice cooling pine into soft but rich citrus that has a whiff of lime. Soft piney mango and some spicy bitterness lurking underneath. Smooth finish. Totally works. I have often wondered why brewers don't turn to English hops to provide a bit of respite from the C hop onslaught and here is the answer. A different hop experience yet still very much a dipa.

Can sample at a tasting at Oren's place. Hazy yellow. Somewhat stale oniony hops, vegetal, sweet, bitterish finish, kinda green.
