Not bad, but a bit out-of-whack for a Vienna, with the normal caramel and toffee notes offset by a not-quite-needed candy apple sweetness, followed by toast, cocoa, sourdough, and a too-aggressive bitterness on the back end. Not bad, but lacks some of the subtlety that makes for a great Vienna lager.
