Crisp and bright, with a moderate citric undertone and a grainy, pilsner-ish malt profile. Hints of white bread, pine, and flowers on the back end. Not sure how to determine if this makes for a good “Austrailian Sparkling Ale”—the only other example I’ve had is Cooper’s and that was years ago—but it’s a nice pint nonetheless.
