Curious, hitting the big chocolate notes you want from the style, but packing a strong fruit acidity on the back end, one with a sizable cherry-raisin brightness taking away from the bitter java finish. Not bad, but a tad off-kilter. Medium-full body makes for easy drinking, and the ABVs hidden.
