440 ml can, as Hogna Nordstjerna IPA, from Joker Vatlandsvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Reddish brown (or orange brown) colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Aroma and flavour of nutty and medium roasty malts and piney hops, medium bitter finish. Okay.

Vågsbygd. Golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor is pine, grapefruit, fruit, malt, grass, citrus zest, spices. OK.

Golden with a white head - Hop aroma with some herbal notes - Malt body with some herbal hop flavours and bitternes - malt and hop flavours goes into the finish with some bitterness - This was nice

Can. A clear golden colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Some lacing. The aroma is lightly piney, with some grass and citrus zest. Pale malt notes and a peppery hint. It’s medium to full bodied and nicely carbonated, semi-dry, yet with a sweetish touch. Piney, grapefruity flavor with some pale malts and peppery hints. Decent bitterness. Lasting dry, bitter finish. Decent, but suffers from the alcohol level. 241130

Luke 1/24, med takk til alltid pålitelige Brynes Ølspedisjon, hjemme: klar dyp gylden med fint skum som varer. Noe beskjeden aroma men desto tydeligere smak preget av furunålsbitterhet med litt citrus og urter i en slank, nærmest nøytral maltkropp. Overraskende kort ettersmak til Hogna å være.

More or less clear golden in the glass and white head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Ok balanced sweetness and bitterness Fine carbonation level. Malty, caramel, fruity and grapefruit hoppy flavor [Can at Komlefjorden 24]
