[ As Bear Republic El Oso ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, hay, stra, sweet malt. On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus and pine. Medium body, citrus, resin, rye, light finish, decent.

Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, little bread, medium sweet, hop, little grass and a little bitter.

Keg at the brewpub, Healdsburg, 04/02/16. Clear golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is caramel, grain, light bread, pale malt. Taste comprises light vanilla, cereal, grain, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The nose has some toasted cereal, hints of caramel. Light to medium sweet flavor with some caramel, more cereal, light bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with grains, cereal, sugary caramel. So so.

Draft - Light grains, grass and a hint of citrus. Clear gold with a thin white head. Tastes as it smells with a long grain finish. One of the better I have had in this style.
