Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery taproom in Bermondsey. Pours clear honey-gold with a creamy, white topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of crispy biscuits, mild Belgian yeast, sourdough, pine needles, citrus rind. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Quite clean to finish, dry, more pale bread, biscuits, soft yeast expression, mild grassy bitterness, dried citrus peel. Really sound.
