Bladder bag at the Brunswick Inn, Derby, Derby pub crawl 11/02/22. Clear golden with little in the way of a head. Nose is straw, apple peel, tannins, light funk, faint citric drizzle. Taste comprises orchard wood, apple core, light farmyard musings, damp straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Cask at the brunswick flyer. A light hazed yellow green coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet midget gems, squeeze of lemon,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Tangy, green apple, light must, tangy finish. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, dry, moderate carbonation.

BIAB: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is pungent apple. Taste is crisp apple, tannins, dry tingle finish.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fleshy apple. Taste is tart, mucky, apple flesh, slightly astringent, earthy, drying, acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. OK

Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sugary apples, spicy apples, apple skin. Bag in box at Nottingham fest 2015. Hazy to cloudy golden color. Aroma of tarst apple skins. Taste is not too dry, not too sweet with lots of fruit.
