Taste comprises orchard wood, apple core, light farmyard musings, damp straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Cask at the brunswick flyer. A light hazed yellow green coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet midget gems, squeeze of lemon,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Tangy, green apple, light must, tangy finish. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, dry, moderate carbonation.

BIAB: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is pungent apple. Taste is crisp apple, tannins, dry tingle finish.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fleshy apple. Taste is tart, mucky, apple flesh, slightly astringent, earthy, drying, acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. OK
