Brewed with Celia, Cascade and Centennial hops complimented with subtle notes of fresh gingerbread.
A deliciously rich amber ale brewed with Celia, Cascade and Centennial hops, which are added during the middle of the process. The crystal malt gives the ale that added depth which is complimented with subtle fresh gingerbread notes on the finish.

Time capsule beer with the news today whilst i'm drinking this including of the election of Pope Leon XIV, the UK does a trade deal with the US which lowers President Trump's recent tariffs, and the 80th anniversary events for VE Day take place. I tentatively opened this beer as the first one for an evening of drinking given that ginger has the potential to ruin subsequent beers, but whilst it's evident it's light in this instance. It's also hardly noticeable in aroma.

Clean amber with a medium head. Aroma of ginger snaps. Flavour is ginger caramel, a bit of biscuit, sweet syrup, tangy ginger finish.

[50cl bottle from my local Sainsbury's] A bright amber pour with a loose off-white head; gingerbread aroma; sweet caramel malt taste with a fruity gingerbread body; then a touch of unsettling spice to finish. Not my cup of tea, or slice of cake.

500ml bottle. Pale copper in colour, with a thin, off-white, head and moderate carbonation. Aroma of red berries, caramel and root ginger in the background. Flavour had more caramel upfront with a hint of strawberry sweetness and some vanilla oak. The ginger again came through with some late in the day spicy warmth before a moderately bitter finish. An interesting and subtle use of ginger.

Bottle from you know where. Appearance - amber with a fluffy off-white head. Nose - Hobnobs, toffee, dried fruit but definitely on the money with the ginger bread. Taste - caramel, Highland Toffee bar and chewy gingerbread. Palate - medium bodied with a chewy texture and still a fairly sweetish finish. Overall - a bit sweet but still enjoyable.
