STF & ABYSS came together to brew a big, unfiltered lager that takes the much admired Saaz hop and gives it all the love and respect it deserves. Paired with daughter variety, Kazbek it's a punchy citrus delight, with a full bodied wheat + barley grist and expressive yeast strain adding to the euro-centric joy.

Tasty and easy-drinking, nice fresh pale grains. Light bitter hay, dry biscuits. Sound.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours hazy yellow - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, grassy, spicy, floral, herbal, biscuity malt, cakey, Madelines and ladyfingers. The taste is crispy, dry, more citrus than on the aroma... candied lemon, orange, peach, pomelo, snappy, cracker, sponge cake, brioche, grassy and some florals with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely stuff. Flavourful and pillowy. Crushable.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy and bright yellow. Big fluffy suds. Nose - orange, herbal and floral. Some sweet wheat notes. Taste - more sweet wheat going into brown bread. Some lemon and herbal notes close it out. Palate - light to medium bodied, and fairly dry. Overall - good!
